Social Features

Ethy is evolving into more than a personal trading assistant: it’s becoming a social layer for trading strategies.

With Social Features, you’ll be able to discover, follow, and copy automations from other users, while also sharing your own strategies and earning fees when others succeed with them.

What It Will Do

  • Live timeline of trending automations.

  • Discover the most successful traders and their strategies.

  • Copy and run strategies with a single click.

  • Share your own automations and earn when others follow them.

Why It Matters

Hunting for alpha and figuring out which strategies to run can be exhausting, especially for newcomers. Social Features turn this into a collaborative, transparent, and even fun experience:

  • New users can shortcut the learning curve by following proven strategies.

  • Experienced traders can cement their reputation, build an audience, and monetize their success.

All of this is powered by Ethy’s automation engine and the Agent Commerce Protocol (ACP), ensuring that strategies are transparent, composable, and enforceable onchain.

Example Use Cases

  • “Follow the top-performing ETH momentum strategy from last week.”

  • “Publish my DCA + stop-loss strategy and earn a fee when copied.”

  • “Browse trending automations and copy one with a single click.”

How It Works

  1. Automations can be marked as public and shared in the live timeline.

  2. Other users can follow or copy these strategies instantly.

  3. Fees can be configured so that the original creator earns whenever their strategy is used successfully.

  4. All activity is logged transparently. Performance metrics and leaderboards make it easy to see who’s consistently winning.

Future Capabilities

  • Leaderboards ranking strategies and traders by success metrics.

  • Reputation system tied to strategy performance.

  • Cross-platform sharing (e.g. Farcaster, X) to expand visibility.

  • Copy-trading economy powered by agent-native execution.

Status

Social Features are under active development and will be rolled out progressively, starting with strategy sharing and discovery.
